Conducts full cycle recruiting in support of international operations to include sourcing, screening and in-processing. The incumbent will be held accountable for personal output while contributing to the overall success of SOC's International Security line of business.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements via the Internet or any other pertinent employment service delivery systems; successfully utilizes creative sourcing techniques and social networking tools for attracting top talent.
Determines candidate''s qualifications, KSAs and cultural fit by conducting behavioral interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements; evaluates applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Leads/Administrates physical fitness testing with client set guidelines where applicable. Conducts conference calls/PowerPoint briefings for candidates attending SOC training courses.
Follows up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.
Responsible for posting/updating/removing all open OCONUS positions in the Company''s applicant tracking system. Maintains the SQL database pertaining to all Recruitment issues and/or tasks.
Bachelor''s degree required.

years of high volume corporate and/or agency recruiting required.
Strong sourcing skills within the DOD/Federal staffing world.
Knowledge of state and federal laws as they pertain to recruiting and selection.
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Great attitude and team player.
Experience with SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
