Seeking a proactive and forward-thinking service desk specialist with 2
years of customer service/desktop support experience in an enterprise environment. This is a high impact position supporting mission networks in a rewarding fast paced environment. The specialist is required to perform account/access administration, troubleshooting, problem resolution and reporting. Duties: Support, maintain, and administer deployed solutions; Diagnose and troubleshoot problems. Perform configuration change tracking and documentation control to include, but not limited to concepts of operation, requirements identification and documentation, preliminary and detailed system definition, system design review, performance monitoring tools, and production software. Create and update concise documents and diagrams using MS Visio and MS Office Assist in changes to the CM process, responsible for establishing and maintaining both new and existing schedules. Knowledgeable in computer systems and gathering/identifying requirements. Knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Track project studies, plans, actions items, take minutes, and perform related duties. Ability to provide after-hours on-call support as needed

Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including giving formal presentations to different audiences
Demonstrated experience performing assessments, developing and/or improving configuration management processes/procedures and implementing these processes/procedures.
