Social Media Manager
Overview:

Responsibilities:
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Own the day-to-day management and execution of CORTs B2C and B2B social media strategy, including social media content development, influencer programs, customer service channels, local presence management and employee advocacy initiatives.
Represents the brand and manages the day-to-day content stream through all relevant social media channels (Facebook Pages/Groups, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and others that may arise).
Collaborates with our agency partners and internal stakeholders (marketing, PR, web, brand, digital advertising, operations, customer service team, etc.
) to assess areas of opportunity and leads the development of corresponding social media strategies.
Constantly monitors social trends and identifies areas of opportunity within the social space.
Leads CORTs online reputation management program through review sites like Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
Leads employee social media advocacy program and consistently educates teams on best practices.
Leads influencer marketing program and approves blog, photo, and video content.
Supports content strategy development with research and information gathering on audience challenges and needs, interactions and asset preferences.
Establishes and maintains a content calendar, while also capitalizing on in-the-moment opportunities as they occurManages the creation of any and all necessary content for the organic social media strategy (social media copy, images, video, blog posts, etc.
).
Utilizes monitoring tool(s) to assess campaign performance and identify potential opportunities in the social space.
Qualifications:

or BA in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations3-4 years of experience with community management, presence/review management, social media advertising and listening toolsAbility to manage multiple agency and vendor relationshipsHigh degree of creative thinking, excellent communication, problem solving, and project management skillsBasic video and design skillsKnowledge of social media advertisingAble to execute while maintaining an understanding of overall strategy.
