Summary:
KBR has an opportunity for a ACIO System Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
to support the the MOD/OE.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Make recommendations and implement resolutions to a variety of conventional problems and situations related to the administration, coordination, and reporting requirements of the overall Information Systems Security ProgramDevelop reports of analysis and processes the information in accordance with program proceduresProvide technical input and develop documents to provide information, help prevent, and increase understanding of issues involved in computer cyber security incidentsGathers and organizes technical information about existing security products, and ongoing programs.
Assist system owners and other representatives to create, maintain and update accreditation artifactsRespond to security incidents including gathering, analyzing and presenting forensic evidence for cyber malware and intrusionsSupport the development and deployment of agency-wide cyber security projects an initiatives into the network environment.
Provide unbiased, independent advisory services on use, performance, and implementation of cloud servicesSupport solution development regarding issues related to application refactoring,systems administration and/or system architecting, analyzing, and implementing cloud-based technologiesFacilitate business relationships between Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) andorganizations consuming service offeringsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)9 years technical experienceExperience in satellite operational readiness, rehearsals, and system testingProgram lifecycle experience from concept development and design to deployment and operational maintenanceExperience across multiple engineering disciplines to include:
systems engineering, software development, and integration and testExperience with requirements development, interface control documentation, technical specification review, architecture and CONOPS developmentExperience in mission operations environment - ops tempo, performance characterization, utility analysis, system calibrationsAbility to identify system impacts and pitfalls associated with operational systems to include:
mission planning and scheduling systems, command, control and communications systems, and data processing systemsClearance Requirement:
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly
