Satellite Bus RF Communications Engineer - TS/SCI with CI Poly

KBR is looking for a Satellite Bus RF Communication Engineer in Chantilly, VA.
This position serves within a Major Systems Program Office within the NRO Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Directorate.
Provides satellite communications systems technical engineering and programmatic support to the Bus Division for all lifecycle phases of a major US Government satellite systems program office.
The individual will support the government customer in the development of requirements, assessment of design and development activities, the monitoring and assessment of integration and test activities, requirements verification along with coordinating technical interfaces and future mission operations.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and collaborate with program office subject matter experts, contractor developers, technology development offices, program managers and contracting officersAddress all technical and programmatic aspects at the system, sub-system and unit levelsSupport preparation for and participate in prime and sub-contractor technical and management meetingsAssist in developing Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation (including Statement of Work (SOW) and technical specifications) and evaluating proposals for lifecycle phases, magnitudes, and levels of complexitySupport technical assessment of requirements development, flow-down and traceability, design, manufacturing and test readiness, qualification and acceptance test procedure and data analysis sufficiency, and validation and verification plansProvide overall programmatic support using Earned Value Management data and overall assessment of schedule and production performance managementEngage in the oversight of anomaly adjudication and resolution to support program decisions, including design, manufacturing, PMP, MA, test, and analysis activitiesCoordinate resolution of common technical and programmatic issues as necessary with other acquisition officesSupport bus risk and opportunity identification and assessmentAssess technology readiness level to support program evolutionProvide technical support for on-orbit operations and anomaly investigationCoordinate with other acquisition and operational offices as needed to coordinate end-to-end interfaces and operations of communication services and subsystemsTravel within the US approximately 1-2 times per month for up to five days per tripRequired
Qualifications:

in a technical field (engineering, mathematics, physics), preferably BSEEMinimum 5 years of experience with satellite bus electronics subsystems or SIGINT payloadsDesired Qualification:
MS in technical field (engineering, mathematics, physics), preferably MSEE with communications emphasis10
years experience with satellite bus communications subsystemsExperience with early life-cycle satellite engineering activities/milestonesExperience working in satellite systems program office or satellite development facilitySecurity Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI CI Poly.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
