KBR is seeking a highly motivated Engineer with experience in analyzing complex systems.
The successful candidate will have an engineering (or similar) degree and experience using numerical tools to analyze the performance of systems.
The job will include system architecture & design trade studies, and performance evaluations.
Position
Responsibilities:
Design system evaluations and trade studies using a combination of existing and new toolsDevelop and maintain tools in MATLAB/Python/Mathematica/Excel to calculate pertinent product metricsOrganize results in PowerPoint slides and present findings to stakeholdersDevelop and modify algorithms to enhance simulation capabilitiesReview existing Java software to understand software functionalityReview data to ensure consistence and determine pertinent resultsDevelop a thorough understanding of functionality and algorithms used in the current tool suiteRespond to questions from senior engineers, customers and stakeholdersProvide progress reports as neededEnsure that products are delivered on schedule and the engineering analysis is correctMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics, Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experienceExperience with ExcelExperience with PYTHON/ MATLAB /Mathematica/VBA or other scripting toolExperience reviewing algorithms written in Java/C+
or other programing languageAbility to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-starter who can work with minimal direction
Qualifications:
Masters in Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline10 years' experienceDomain expertise in GEOINT space systemsExperience with scheduling algorithmsKnowledge of the system design trade process, assessing system design options and CONOPS developmentExperience with SQLSecurity clearance:
Must have an active TS/SCI security Clearance.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
