Requirements Manager
KBR is seeking a highly motivated Requirements Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will utilize their experiences to collaborate with a diverse set of customers and personnel to to execute organizational goals.
Candidate will work as part of an integrated team in direct support of the US Government customer, FFRDC and other SETA team members in a professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, other POs, and engineers during product discovery and deliveryMaintain transparency into the team's work and team flowContribute to meetings and ceremonies including, daily standup, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectivesIsolation of root problems from exposes symptoms and aid in resolutionsEngage in multiple roles and stakeholders in critical discussion, complex new product development discovery, and building consensusSupport product owners to maximize value delivery and meet objectivesFacilitate and support continuous improvement within the teamHelp identify and mitigate dependency risks in developmentRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field3
years' experience in software product development organization, intelligence production and analytics, or geospatial production and analyticsTechnical skills, knowledge and experience to accomplish work with minimal oversightDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writingClearly and concisely express multifaceted conceptsDevelop ideas in a logical sequence leading to a validated conclusionExperience with Scrum teamsExperience working in SAFe enterpriseExperience using story and journey mapping, OKRs, and KPIs to create successful products
Qualifications:
Master's of Science degreeStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows OSFamiliar with AWS and other cloud servicesExperience with DoD Authority to Operate (ATO) processes8570 IAT II compliant certification such as Security+Required Clearance:
Must have an active TS/SCI plus CI Poly clearance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
