Software Development Lead & Technical Lead
AM LLC is seeking (7) Software Development Leads and (11) Technical Leads to support our VA customer for this immediate-hire role.
This role will be remote until the pandemic is resolved.
Strong preference given to candidates within a 30-mile commuting radius of Chantilly, VA.
US Citizenship or Green Card required.
Software Development Leads and Technical Leads must have experience with the management and support of the architectural runway, delivery of value in alignment of business goals, supporting enterprise architecture, delivering nonfunctional requirements (NFR), and the management of stories in play during each sprint.
Software Development Lead:
A Software Development Lead must have experience and understand the relationship between applications, operating systems, hardware and software.
Must have experience in creating a network architecture that takes all factors of a network into consideration such as functional requirements, technical considerations, business processes and end users.
Must have experience in creating a wide variety of IT system architectures that are beneficial and can be implemented.
Must have experience in total system design including networks.
Technical Lead:
The Technical Lead must be able to work with program and project leaders to define and create the architectural depictions and documents, ensuring logical flow, and address all issues.
Has experience with a variety of software programs and languages and has some experience in programming.
Must be able to design and discuss system strategies for platform, applications and networks.
Minimum Software Development Lead and Technical Lead
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, math or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
Additional 8 years of experience required without the degree.
Previous VA experience and active PIV card highly desirable ID:
