Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

KBR is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This position will focus heavily on high end strategic positions and work closely with our Business Development team.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with hiring managers to qualify and understand requirements of new job openingsHelp determine appropriate advertising strategy and take action to post jobs internally and externallySource and attract talent through internal resources and external job boards, social networking sites, colleges/universities, and other appropriate sourcesInitiate contact with potential qualified candidates using a variety of methods to include cold-calling and face-to-face networkingPre-screen, qualify and present potential candidates against position requirementsSchedule and participate in interviews utilizing behavioral interviewing techniquesTrack and document candidate and requisition status per the OFCCP guidelines using WorkdayIdentify, schedule, and participate in recruiting events to help attract new candidates, such as career fairs, networking and outreach eventsQualified candidates must possess the following attributes:

Minimum 5 years of experience working in a corporate recruiting or staffing agency environmentMust have experience in government contract staffing and understanding of security clearancesExperience staffing cleared (TS/SCI) intelligence agency government contractsBasic understanding of OFCCP compliance and HR lawExperience recruiting across multiple technical engineering disciplinesExperience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably WorkdayExperience identifying and executing diversity outreach activitiesExperience working in a customer service or client-oriented positionBachelor's or HR certification degree preferred, will accept experience in lieu of degreeDemonstrated problem solving abilitiesHigh degree of flexibility; ability to surge and/or work outside of normal business hours as neededStrong computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPointSecurity Requirements:
Eligibility requirements for a security clearance preferredSDL2017.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
