Senior HR Support Specialist
Title:
Human Resources Support SpecialistKBR is seeking someone to join our team in Chantilly.
The candidate will provide senior level human resources support to a government customer.
Responsibilities:
Provide senior level human resource support services to government customer to include; drafting vacancy announcements, reviewing applicants' qualifications to ensure minimums are met, and coordinating and scheduling interview panels.
Support civilian and military personnel management processes to include annual or periodic performance reviews.
A cents EUR 1Respond to inquiries from leadership and staff regarding recruitment and staffing efforts and other human resources processes (ie awards, onboarding, and off-boarding).
Support all aspects of on- and off-boarding for both civilian and military personnel (ie badging, scheduling, orientations, and accounts).
Develop and maintain content for internal organization human resources activities such as training, orientations, and other correspondence.
Support civilian and military awards processing.
Maintain calendars, schedules, and other records.
Organize, schedule and support meetings, interview panels, and other activities.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources or psychology or related fieldMinimum Relevant
Experience:
3 years of senior level experience(Or an equivalent combination of degree and experience.
)Exceptional oral and written communications skills with the ability to quickly develop ad hoc communicationsA keen ability to maintain strict confidences required with human resources workDesired Education:
Five years of senior-level human resources experienceAgency civilian human resources

desiredFamiliarity with the customer's Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) system and other organizational software toolsSecurity Clearance:
