KBR is seeking a Program Control Analyst to join our Chantilly, VA team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial deliverables of all contracts assigned as well as internal analysis & reporting.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
The Program Control Analyst job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of billable contracts in the accounting system (Costpoint) to ensure consistency with the contracts and support of the Program Management's contract performance reporting requirementsDevelop plans, budgets and schedules, to meet contractual/project requirements for multiple contracts with a variety of contract types, such as FFP, CPFF, T&M, as well as hybridsDevelop financial controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirementsMonitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are metProduce Cost reports and CDRLs to distribute to customers & internal managementConduct variance analysis of actuals vs baselineSupport accounts receivable as required during the monthly billing processReview and approve Monthly invoices and validate revenueGenerate reports of Quarterly revenue, profit, and direct labor projections by contract by personInitiate funding alerts to the subcontracts administrator for all contracts assignedReview subcontractor/vendor invoices for accuracyAssist in the investigations and resolution of AR invoice issuesAssist in the pricing of labor, travel, and materials for various types of contracts and proposalsSecurity RequirementsTS/SCI eligibilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related discipline3 or more years of related experience in performing related financial analysis workFamiliarity with financial accounting close process as it related to US GAAPFamiliarity with Government cost accounting standards (CAS), as they relate to timekeeping, allowable cost, allocation of costExcellent business acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in other Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Cost Point 8 is desired, but not requiredSDL2017.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
