TS/SCI Cleared Facility Manager

Position Overview:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Facility Manager to support our Strategic Capabilities Office customer onsite in Chantilly, VA. The person in this role will oversee the functioning of major facility systems, coordinate with the building tenants, as well as coordinate and manage the facility in coordination with the tenants and Agency leadership, lead equipment improvement projects, and recommend future upgrades. Position
Responsibilities:
Assure the effective functioning of facilities to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes. Maintain the existing or develop and implement new facility management programs including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes (OSHA, Virginia, etc). Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency. Coordinate office moves. Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. Oversee facility refurbishments and renovations. Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants. Plan and schedule facility and building improvements. Perform other related duties as required. Required
Qualifications:
Possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI). 10
years of experience in facility operations/management. 2
years of experience leading teams. Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Plant & Facilities Management, Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
