Local Come join our Ever Vigilant CACI team for a rewarding career in an innovative effort to create and evolve a highly visible IT and professional solutions project which supports the Department of Defense (DoD).
This work will involve leading an Agile/SCRUM methodology team as a coach and SCRUM Master to serve their PMO with application management, modernization, and support.
The CACI Team is seeking a highly motivated experienced SCRUM Master/Agile Coach and main coordinator of the SAFe Agile process efforts.
In this role, you will harness your skills and contributions to the team collaborating with other technical and functional SMEs, developers and engineering team members to successfully release and update IT related projects for the customer.
What You'll Get To Do:

Serve as Agile/SCRUM coach and main facilitator with the adoption of Agile and DevOps focused on delivering value
Lead and coordinate activities around the Agile/SCRUM methodology, dailies/sprints, recommending and implementing tools, process, and roles for the team
Inform and contribute to strategy and design, ensuring standards are met throughout the Agile process
Work with various levels of team members on Product List prioritization, managing the Backlog, and reassessing pace and Sprint packaging for releases
Work collaboratively with other SMEs and contribute to the development of more junior team members with supervision and motoring capabilities
Engage with customers onsite, from CACI offices, and remotely when necessary You'll Bring These Qualifications:

BS or higher degree 7
years' experience in IT field
7 years of dedicated experience with Agile Process Methodology and someone who understands requirements and the analytical process of IT SDLCs
Experience in SCRUM Master / Agile Coach role with leadership and coordination
Experience with tools using in implementing Agile/SCRUM methodologies, like JIRA or other similar systems
Experience with monitoring progress and performance and help the team to make any necessary improvements
Experience with working out requirements and conduct systems analysis task and how to properly align them with Product List, Backlogs, and Sprint activities
Coach the team in agile practices; with emphasis on individuals and interactions over process and tools
Ability to be independent, creative and challenged and work with other knowledgeable and like-minded SMEs
Qualifications:

Any Agile/SCRUM Methodology Certifications or AWS Cloud Certifications is a plus
Experience coordinating or managing IT projects for DoD customers and PMOs
Understanding and establishing processes in an agile way to drive strategic and positive change for the customer
Experience with KANBAN Agile practices and tools, as well as more in depth understanding of JIRA or similar tools
Experience in SCRUM Planning, Scheduling, and Backlog Grooming, beyond just Sprint coordination, assisting the customers with longer-term roadmaps.

Knowledge of Information Assurance compliance to specified standards NIST Standards for Cyber Security, Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
