About the Role - Supports the CEO in making informed decisions - No single day will be the same in this position - Fast pace - changes in healthcare require that we operate like a startup - High-impact and high-stress role that requires extreme attention to detail - Individual has an interest in building their entrepreneurial skill set - 100% office-based position in our Chantilly headquarters - Must live in our Northern Virginia service area.

in economics, entrepreneurship, finance, accounting or health informatics - Startup experience helpful - Exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills - Expert-level Microsoft Office skills - Experience with data analysis and quantitative tools such as Tableau - Self-motivated, resourceful, curious and ambitious
Responsibilities:
Data Analytics - Develop and maintain KPI dashboards - Perform market research - Analyze and summarize industry and financial reports - Analyze data to inform hypothesis-driven business plans - Perform basic due diligence on acquisition targets - Competitive analysis on current and new markets Business Process Improvement - Serve as a trusted liaison among executives to troubleshoot problems - Build and develop relationships with all levels to increase efficiency - Report on projects to ensure stakeholders are held accountable for timelines - Coordinate strategic planning meetings with executive staff - Trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO and executive team - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through execution - Assist with corporate communications internally and externally Business Development Analysis - ROI reporting/analysis on sales, marketing and digital investments - Assist with business model canvas for entry into new market/services - Assist with the research on services development, pricing and marketing plans - Continually evaluate the pricing structure - Coordinates with the sales team on revenue forecast Job Type:
