AT&T has an opening for a Master Service Scheduler/Manager to support the National Security Sector, in providing a variety of management and general administrative tasks in scheduling, schedule management, scheduling resources.
Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
The job duties of the Master Service Scheduler/ Manager are as follows:
Create, update, and maintain project schedules in Microsoft (MS) Project and the Enterprise Schedule System (ESS).
Identify schedule-related risks, issues, and opportunities.
Produce Gantt charts, PowerPoint presentations, and other visualization products to clearly communicate schedule status and impacts for both the Customer Leadership Team and the AT&T Program Leadership Team.
Work with program functional leads, Service Business Leads, Project Managers, and their teams to identify dependencies, critical milestones, issues and activities and incorporate them into the program schedule.
Report project status to program leadership and government customer to maintain awareness of high priority concerns, and to facilitate discussions to mitigate program issues proactively.
Develops recommendations to not only achieve the organization's scheduling objectives, but satisfy contractual obligations with the Government.
Determines scheduling consequences of alternative methods, plans, and strategies.
Evaluates scheduling team performance and provides courses of action to Management.
Manage a team of scheduler personnel to perform scheduler tasks in support of the program.
Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance and prepare end-of-year performance assessment of scheduler personnel.
Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Evaluates and makes recommendations relating to business opportunities and financial projects or programs.
Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information.
Required Clearance:
Clearable.
Able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education.
This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years of experience OR masters and 4 years, bachelors and 6 years, associates and 8 years or HS and 10 years.
Experience working in a team environment within a professional office setting.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and ability to manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Desired Qualifications Team Management.
Experience leading a scheduling team to create, updated, and maintain MS Project schedules for the Customer's Program.
Ensure schedule updates are performed as required by the Customer.
Schedule Management.
Experience reviewing and auditing program schedules for baseline variances, slack, critical path, and other schedule metrics that assist program leadership team with optimizing project schedules.
Experience conducting schedule analysis to determine courses of actions (COAs) to recover slips to the schedules.
Schedule Integration.
Maintain updated program schedules in ESS and manage the integration of the program schedules across other contractors whose programs intersect with this program.
Schedule Reporting.
Prepare or support the preparation of recurring schedule reports.
Experience presenting schedule status reports to leadership teams.
