Job Title Technical Advisor Level 3 Location WESTFIELDS - Chantilly, VA 20151 US (Primary) Job Type Full-time Category IT Security Job Description The successful candidate will work as a member of the COLOSSUS program as a COLOSSUS Technical Advisor (TA) to provide task support across the program's enterprise planning and management scope for the Frequency Management Office (FMO)In addition, the TA will provide RF engineering level support to the Director and Deputy Director of the FMOIn this capacity, the TA is responsible for representing FMO equities across the NROThe TA must leverage strong working relationships with COLOSSUS staff from across the program to facilitate engagements with FMO leadership in support of aligned tasks executionActivities may include but are not limited to:
o Provides RF engineering expertise while anticipating what needs to be done across FMO efforts to improve efficiency and the prioritization of tasks;o Facilitate FMO decision framework;o Develop All Hands presentations and appropriate documentation in accordance with tasking and advisories;o Develop analysis of alternatives resulting in recommendations;o Planning and coordinating an organization's strategic and long-range goals, management concepts, and business practices;o Support the implementation and sustainment of processes that facilitate the development and delivery of strategies, architectures, and portfolio planning;o Maintain a strategic view of spectrum landscape (programs, legislation, etc.
) and assist in spectrum strategy development by performing analysis and providing advice on the evolution and implementation of management concepts, and business practices based on a comprehensive understanding of the current corporate vision;o Track FMO actions and bring to closure;o Plan and accomplish goals for FMO by relying on extensive experience and judgmentJob Requirements Required qualifications:
o Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly or willing to take a CI Polyo NRO or IC mission experienceo MS with 5
years or BS with 8
years of demonstrated performance related to tasks aboveo Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibilityo Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagueso Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
o Strong NRO experienceo RF Engineer or Electrical Engineer with broad knowledge of the spectrumo Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematicso Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as but not limited to Program Management Professional (PMP) Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)o Experience supporting multi-agency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning, architecting, policy, governance, or portfolio management Travel Security Clearance Top Secret/SCI Recommended Skills Business Ethics Certified Project Management Professional Computer Security Coordinating Counter Intelligence Polygraph (Ci Clearance) Electrical Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
