Overview At all levels, our Budget Analysts will utilize and enhance their skills in either budget formulation or budget execusion cost estimating and analysis by supporting programs related to the development and acquisition of space vehicles for various legacy programs of the DOD and Intelligence communitiesThe support and expertise you provide will directly impact the objectives of our national defense and securityResponsibilitieso Draft funding documentso Support the NRO's continued development of auditable annual financial statementso Establish obligation and expenditure plans for active year appropriations, monitor execution throughout the fiscal year, and provide analysis at the requirement, office, sub-project, project or appropriation level, as requiredo Consolidate the Government Estimate at Completion (GEAC) reporto Maintain accurate record of all financial and programmatic changes across execution years and future years' defense program (FYDP)o Provide support in preparation of the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) and the Intelligence Program Budget Submission (IPBS) Skills Required The TS/SCI cleared Budget Analyst shall support our Chantilly VA customer with specific tasks including:
o All levels of experience as a Budget Analyst for DOD, CI and other Government agencies; NRO experience preferredo Ability to operate and update NRO's financial tools and systems to include FIRsT, NExT, NFIS, TIER, TALON/STAR, EARL, FTO Tool, FFO Integration Tool (FIT), and other financial systems as requiredo Knowledge of IC budgetary principles and procedureso Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word and PowerPointo Some domestic travel may be requiredo Skill to recognize when decisions or information should be referred to a higher authorityo Must have excellent oral and written communication skillso Demonstrated knowledge of acquisition management regulations, practices, policies, and procedures including major system acquisition lifecycle resource planning practices and procedures, and Acquisition Program Baseline development and PMPs Clearance Required:
Active Top Secret (TS) with ability to upgrade to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and pass a Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraphDesired clearance:
Active (TS) / (SCI) clearance and ability to pass a (CI) polygraph Education Required:
Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, finance, engineering, business, accounting or the sciencesIn lieu of 4 year degree, additional years of experience many be consideredTop Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance REQUIRED (existing CI poly preferred but can be obtained) Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
