The role will include some smaller scale project work and require some oversight from the manager.
Responsibilities Work with the business to ensure that all business technology requirements are met.
Monitor all requests that are in the queue from beginning through resolution to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Provision and administer accounts with various providers and AD environment.
Make improvement suggestions for IT service management processes.
Exhibit a helpful and positive attitude towards all customers.
Work diligently to achieve high first call resolution results.
Collaborate with Corporate IT team to ensure adherence to security policies and standards.
Stay current with industry trends and developments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Manage company cell phones.
Requirements Education & Experience High school graduate/GED required.
Some college or business school coursework preferred.
0-5
years of technical experience supporting desktop/laptop computers in a small to medium organization.
SKILLS/ABILITIES Interpersonal skills - listens to others, works well in a team environment.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, network printing, Microsoft Office applications Skill in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Willingness to learn.
