Description:
Work with mission partners to gather needs and prepare those needs for funding approval.
This will require technical understanding and continuous communications between several stakeholders.
Work with the Systems Engineering team to document the needs and create artifacts for funding determination.
Once approved, will stay engaged with the development team to communicate updates to the mission partners and ensure their needs are being accurately addressed.
Be the focal point for multiple mission requirement requests.
Provides feedback to design engineers and evaluates end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle.
Working as expert, will conduct research and evaluate technical performance of software products and overall segments and systems.
Ensure products and systems comply with requirements and government information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods.
Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements.
This includes reviews of test plans/procedures and ensuring requirements verification/validation.
Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and operations officials.
Ensure the operational readiness of products before their deployments Provide operational input into product development Ensure that all equipment, documentation, etc.
is complete and available prior to testing start Write test plans Work with the team to ensure testing coverage Collect and work with the development teams to resolve any issues found before or during testing Prepare results briefings Present briefings to management Review technical documentation (Product guides, Quick Start guides) and identify discrepancies Work with the product team to improve the documentation Attend product demos d.
Experience/Education & additional Quals:
Required BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7 Prior experience and fundamental knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle Experience writing requirements Experience in writing test plans Prior product testing experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Some basic knowledge of RF Previous CONOPS development Clearance TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Recommended Skills Communication Cyber Security Standards Formal Verification Information Assurance Perseverance Presentations Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
