Responsibilities and Requirements:
Greet customers in service lane Give customers current hand-out item Walk around vehicle with customer the G&C way Dispatch work Go over maintenance history.
Ours and Carfax Suggest upcoming maintenance Create estimate finding parts and labor Communicate needs through text and phone skills Utilize text to pay and our key ATM to close out repair orders Schedule next appointments Utilize our online training platform Other duties as needed If this sounds like its a good fit for you, reach out to us to schedule a zoom interview.
