Customer Service responsibilities Interact with customers via phone and in person to provide information and assistance.
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products.
Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, comments as well as action taken.
Use computer system to track and discuss inventory with clients.
Use email for response for customer needs.
