DevSecOps Engineer with Security Clearance
DevSecOps Engineer Chantilly, VA or Springfield, VA Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Responsibilities:
o Serve as part of an Agile development team responsible for delivering an end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management in a cloud environment.
o Architect, design, and provide implementation patterns of security controls throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
o Design and develop security patterns and guidelines to enable applications stay compliant, and integrate them with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines from early stages of the lifecycle.
o Build and configure delivery environments supporting CI/CD tools utilizing an Agile delivery methodology.
o Oversee the program's security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
o Evaluate application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and develop solutions and implement themRequired Skills:
o 9
years of experience in building and deploying systems in the cloud utilizing CI/CD.
o 9
years of experience developing, documenting, and implementing CI/CD strategy.
o Experience in a cloud and/or hybrid environment.
o Experience deploying and monitoring web applications in any of the following CSPs:
AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, and OCIo Experience with frameworks and infrastructure automation.
o Experience with large-scale data architecture, data modeling,database design, and information systems implementation.
o Experience with administering and performance tuning of application stacks such as Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Nginx, or others.
o Strong scripting skills, including shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, and/or Python.
o Excellent verbal and communications skillsDesired Skills:
o Certification(s) in one or more of the following CSPs:
AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, and OCI.
o Strong analysis and quality assessment skills.
o Experience with various Linux and Microsoft Windows OSs distributions.
o Experience with SQL and databases.
o Experience migrating both custom built and enterprise apps to, and from on-prem to cloud.
