JOB DESCRIPTION The Candidate will participate in all Lean Agile scrums, sprints and grooming sessionsThe Candidate shall manage the progress of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product integration and development effortsThe Candidate shall ensure tasks are completed on scheduleThe Candidate will consult and coordinate appropriately for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, and task clarificationThe Candidate shall understand the cloud environments, such as AWS or AzureThe Candidate shall coordinate and collaborate with security, operations, engineering, testing and other teams to provide system information and technical supportThe Candidate shall create, manage and update Jira ticketsThe Candidate shall design, develop and modify software systemsThe Candidate shall document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updatesThe Candidate shall unit test their software and perform code reviewsREQUIRED SKILLS Clearance Level:

Experience:
o developing detailed design and associated deliverableso translating customer and system requirements into designo designing system interfaceso hands-on experience developing Applications using the following technologies or something similar:
SOLR, Elastic, Postgres, Java, Scala, RDS or spring booto hands-on experience working with relational and non-relational database systems such as Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, and Postgreso hands-on experience with and troubleshooting of Internet and Web related protocols and technologies such as Tomcat, Nodejs, Web Services, or SSLo hands-on experience developing JUnit and Jasmine testso testing platforms such as Jest or Karmao hands-on experience working with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Nexus REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education:
Bachelors Degree o IT/Computer Science
Experience:
o 6 years HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:
