Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
