Job Description:
Logistics and Procurement Specialist (TS/SCI with CI POLYGRAPH - REQUIRED) Seeking a Logistics and Procurement Specialist to support the Government Custodial Property Officer (CPO) along with Customer directorate-level property management activities.
Support will include property management of information technology (IT) and non-IT assets, maintain/control of customer accountable assets, facilities/office space coordination, and supplies fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and function effectively as part of a team, provide key insight to Government leadership for action, and interact with a variety of personnel from junior to senior-most levels.
This individual should have experience meeting deadlines and prioritizing actions across Government organizations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, integrate, and execute Directorate-level property management activities, consistent with NI 120-1-3, in support of the Custodial Property Officer (CPO) Troubleshoot for facilities, equipment, and office spaces by tracking Customer Service Requests, work orders, custodial receipts, and material requests Support office space data calls, surveys, and office space executive boards Execute supply fulfillment (e.
g.
, complete research, paperwork, and purchase requests submissions) Update, deliver, and maintain office supplies; furniture and logistics requirements; and progress reports on requests for additional office space and facility modifications/construction Coordinate, integrate, and conduct annual audit on Customer accountable property to ensure identification and use in the assigned area as well as documenting and reporting any change in status to management

Years of Relevant Experience Desired:
Associate's Degree or Higher 1
years relevant experience supporting National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and/or the Intelligence Community (IC) Clearance Required:
Active TS/SCI with completed CI polygraph is required to be considered for this position.
