Software/Binary Code Analysis with Security Clearance
Hoplite Solutions is seeking a Software/Binary Code Analysis who will serve as a technical advisor and identify areas of collaboration across the organization's ecosystem for analyzing, comparing, and documenting software/binary artifactsThe SME will work closely with existing analysis teams, experts, and stakeholdersThe SME will recommend improvements to tradecraft, workflows, and software/binary analysis tools to advance whole-of-organization approach to manage risk to cyber operationsCandidate must be fully clearedPrimary
Responsibilities:
o The Software/Binary Code Analyst SME will work closely with stakeholders to evolve and advance the customer's ecosystem for cataloging, analysis, and continuous risk evaluation of cyber capabilities o Research and apply binary correlation, similarity, and analysis techniques and methodso Understand the state-of-the-art capabilities these areas of academic, commercial, or foreign actors o Engage with operational stakeholders to implement and employ cyber assurance by utilizing software/binary correlation results to align tools and tradecraft to operations o Engage with other USG partners and stakeholders to exchange community best practices for software/binary correlation in an operational context o Explore areas of collaboration with external stakeholders on binary correlation, similarity, and provenance o Provide recommendations to customer leadership strategic investments to advance capabilities EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE o Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience o 5
years of experience as a software developer or similar discipline Basic
Qualifications:
o Demonstrated experience in software/binary analysis, correlation, and similarity tools, techniques, methods in an operational context o Proficiency with software/binary analysis software tools o Experience researching software/binary correlation and similarity capabilities o Experience researching cyber adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) o Ability to communicate across multiple groups and stakeholders with differing levels of technical experience o Strong written and oral communication skills Hoplite Solutions offers very competitive salaries and an excellent benefits package, to include a 7% employer 401k contribution, fully paid healthcare for our employees, outstanding training benefits, company funded life insurance and short-term disability insurance, and many more.
