Program Control Analyst with Security Clearance
Position
Summary:
LinQuest has an opening in Chantilly, VA for a Program Control Analyst.
You will Work closely with USG client on the creation of enterprise spend plans, propose recommendations and assess impacts of program performance and programs against plans.
You will provide recommendations on compliance to policies, controls, data management, and performance measures.
Key Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's in engineering, Math, Finance, or Business 2-5 year of experience supporting business analytics including financial management, decision-making, and program evaluations Experience working with NRO or other IC agencies doing financial reporting at a customer location Ability to present and work within a team environment Experience performing budget planning activities with knowledge of NRO financial tools is a plus Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with CI PolyPreferred Skills and
Experience:
Working knowledge of NRO tools, including Financial Information Requirements Tool (FIRsT); NEXT NRO Enterprise Application of Reports (NFIS) and Excel spreadsheets with the ability to integration Various data sets into a consolidated and coherent financial productWhy LinQuest?
