Build electro-mechanical assemblies following released procedures and perform production tests and minor trouble shooting to a variety of finished assemblies and assembled instruments.
o Building mechanical, electrical and module assemblies o Following releases assembly and pretest procedures o Building sub-assemblies having varied components o Wiring cabling and harness configurations o Mounting sub-assemblies into instrument cases and attaching various electro-mechanical components o Instrument pretest using preparatory software and inspect equipment o Read assembly and test procedures o Fill out, sign and date all assembly documentation Requirements:
Must have expirence in Building mechanical, electrical and module assemblies o Ability to work independently with little direction o Dependable and attention to details oriented o Able to prioritize multiple tasks from multiple sources o Highly organized o High School diploma or educational equivalent sufficient to demonstrate required competencies o Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment o Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access.
