com for more detailsResponsibilities As a Personnel Security Specialist for the company, the selectee will be required to ;o Execut e the enterprise security program's personnel security needs in compliance with Executive Order 12968, Access to Classified National Security Information.
o S uccessfully administer the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) , the National Reconnaissance Office' s Security Manual (NSM), and the Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) for the proper protection of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive information.
o Manage Personnel S ecurity clearance process es to include submitting Requests For Access (RFAs), tracking s ecur i ty clearance actions, submit ting reportable events , and conducting indoctrination briefs and /or debriefs.
o Review and process SF86 ' s , Questionnaire (s) for National Security Positions to ensure for accuracy and thorough completion.
o C oordinat e /schedul e personnel interviews and / or polygraphs for company employees, at the government customer 's direction.
o Co llaborate with government I nvestigators to enable their access to company managed personnel security file s , as necessary.
o Assist with th e preparation and compilation of compliance documentation and artifacts for annual self-inspections and/or customer assessments.
o Serv e as the company's direct liaison to government security officials for personnel security matters.
o Maintain personnel security file information and related actions within the company's automated case management sy stem (SIMs)Qualificationso BS 8-10 years experience, MS 6-8 years experience, PhD 3-5 years experienceo Either possess an Associate or B achelor's degree.
o Must POSSESS and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance, with Polygraph.
o Have the knowledge, understanding and ability to follow policies, directives and standards such as the Executive Orders, Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADS) and Federal Investigative Standards (FIS).
o Possess s trong organizational skills and work ethic.
o Have e xceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills, customer relationship building skills and analytical skills.
o Have the a bility to work independently while prioritizing based upon corporate and customer needs.
o Experience working in a dynamic environment, taking initiative to identify, address needs and process improvements.
o Possess experience with Scattered Castles, DISS and TALON.
o Experience in NRO personnel security processing as well as DoD and other IC agencies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
