SIGINT SME (Subject Matter Expert) with Security Clearance
Overview Stellar Solutions is seeking individuals with senior advisory experience, capable of assisting in management of key client projects, with the goal of delivering within cost, schedule and performance constraintsThis position directly supports Government Project Managers within an Intelligence Community Acquisition System Program Office responsible for the design, procurement, and fielding of satellite systems and ground system processing capabilitiesRole/Responsibilities/Qualifications The successful candidate will have domain knowledge and experience with :
o SIGINT Mission Analysiso Spacecraft Technical Expertise;o Space and Ground Systems Engineering;o Tools Development & Information Technology;o Program Control (Budget / Cost / Schedule / Earned Value);o Acquisition / Project Management Expertise;o Outreach & Communications;o Director's Action Group & Policy Support;o Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) In this role, you may be involved with:
o Strategic planning and analysis of alternative studies of future mission architectureso CONOPS derivation and requirements development, allocation and tracingo Assisting in definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityo Development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progresso Performing risk management analysis to minimize/mitigate project riskso Monitoring and managing changes to the project cost, scope, and schedule using appropriate verification techniques;o Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Qualifications:
o Bachelors of Science degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, aeronautics, aerospace, or information systemso 10
years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, to include multiple phases of project development and executiono Experience with acquisition/procurement of government projectso Proven track record of excellence in the service provided to clients and customerso Experience supporting government customers in secure environmentso Demonstrated ability to decompose complex problems into actionable elementso Applied knowledge and experience in software development principles and iterative development techniqueso Must currently hold and maintain an Intelligence Community TS/SCI Security Clearance
Qualifications:
o Technical Degreeo Experience with Cloud computing or software application frameworkso Certification in Agile acquisition methodologieso Knowledge of Indications and Warnings Recommended Skills Aerospace Engineering Aerospace Industries Agile Methodology Cloud Computing Communication Consulting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
