Data Scientist with Security Clearance

The Contractor shall develop and communicate a wide range of strategic, highly complex graphics, computational models or tools, or written and oral assessments to internal and external customers.
o The Contractor shall conceive and prepare thorough, well-argued and authoritative tactical and strategic analytic products summarizing the methods and results of data analyses.
o The Contractor shall provide sophisticated briefings that clearly and concisely convey highly technical analytic projects.
o The Contractor shall provide accurate, timely, complex, and sophisticated data analysis in support of key sponsor objectives.
o The Contractor shall determine and employ the most appropriate research design for data collection and analysis.
o The Contractor shall acquire, process, and refine large or complex data sets from various sources; utilizing computer programming where necessary.
Mandatory SkillsDemonstrated experience of appropriate analytic methods and methodological tools in one or more of the following areas:
Applied mathematics, computer programming, visualization.
o Demonstrated experience of collection methods, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of cloud service consumption and spend metrics, and of cloud vendor contract performance metrics.
o Demonstrated experience of collection methods, capabilities, and tasking process.
o Demonstrated experience leveraging multiple data management tools to organize relevant information and make decisions.
o Demonstrated experience translating complex, technical findings into an easily understood narrative in graphical, verbal, or written form.
o Demonstrated experience multi-tasking and changing focus quickly as demands change.
o Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
o Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative or technical field.
Desired Skills o Demonstrated experience working in the Sponsor's domain.
o Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor business operations and associated processes.
o Demonstrated experience working with cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or similar) o Demonstrated experience working in or with the Department of Defense.
o Certifications:
Quantitative field or Data Science related Recommended Skills Analytical Assessments Data Analysis Data Collection Data Management Data Science Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
