Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead, mentor, & coach a globally deployed, highly qualified workforce responsible for secure and safe operations of our customer's mission environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan, direct, and control execution of program fiscal, technical, and administrative actions; Work with client stakeholders, subcontractor partners, and recruiters to ensure program staffing needs are properly addressed against the customer's prioritized requirements; Influence, coach, and support program and site leaders to achieve high team performance and morale, while providing input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates; Monitor program status (i.
e.
Estimate at Complete, expenditures, etc.
), resolve issues and concerns, and be responsive to key customers and Parsons executive management needs; Working closely with PMO staff, review, approve, and audit program expenses (i.
e.
labor, travel, & material) against applicable contract specified allowances and federal regulations; Strategize, foster, and maintain program initiatives, quality assurance/control, workflow improvements, and/or innovation initiatives; Verify and maintain awareness of employee compliance to obtaining and retaining required professional certifications for assigned labor categories; Conduct active follow-up with team members on instructions and commitments to ensure program objectives are achieved; Remain conscious of customer security practices and policies to ensure program compliance; Collaborate with Corporate Business Development to market and secure additional work.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
An active TS/SCI w CI POLY.
A Masters Degree.
Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Level 3 Certification in Program Management or Civilian Equivalent (i.
e.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification).
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplined geographically dispersed workforce to achieve program goals and objectives; Demonstrated relevant program management experience inclusive of working with corporate, sub-contractors, and project teams; Demonstrated experience in program/business finances, analysis, forecasting, internal and customer reporting, revenue/cash-flow reviews, sub-contract time management, and invoicing processes; Excellent written and oral communications skills.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Knowledge of federal government governance and regulations (i.
e.
FAR, FTR, DSSR, etc.
); Knowledge of Cost Plus (CP) / Level of Effort (LOE) and Time and Material (T&M) Contract execution practices; Familiarity with Information Assurance and Cybersecurity Practices, Procedures, and Policies.

Salary Range:
$136,200.
00 - $245,200.
