You'll be responsible for assisting our high-level executive with administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, overseeing itineraries, answering phone calls, and managing our office filing system.

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Take care of Anything that is not in the CGO's 20% Maintain the highest level of confidentiality Successfully manage CGO's email and reduce his email time to less than 1 hour per day Monitor/Respond to CGO's phone and email - Respond to all voicemails and emails by the end of the day Manage CGO's calendars - Book and confirm all meetings, appointments, 1-1s, etc.
Ensure CGO is prepared for all meetings, 1-1s, etc.
, and that the other party is also prepared; this often involves rescheduling Keep CGO informed of any problems or issues that need to be handled, or pass the information on to the correct executive leadership team member to handle All vacations, training, travel, and personal appointments booked and organized for CGO Book teaching engagements and travel for CGO and any applicable team members Maintain a Paperless Cloud solution for record keeping of all CGO files that is readily accessible and organized (mobile friendly) Internet research for purchases and owner's decisions Maintain all receipts for CGO and provide them to the Finance Department to ensure all purchases made are categorized correctly Make sure CGO gets gifts and personal cards as needed for team members - Love on and support our top agents and leadership team Write personal notes from CGO to our top agents and leadership team at a minimum of once a quarter Study the top people in the organization to understand what they love, and love on them in that way on behalf of the CGO (top people will be defined regularly by the CEO) Ensure CGO has access to all tracking systems and data needed Keep CGO's office organized & tidy Attend Team Meetings and contribute to the growth of the office and yourself Travel with CGO, and help direct team members to ensure that any projects get implemented Support and coordinate all new business initiatives and assist as needed in creating and documenting the systems around initiatives Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all technology for CGO Ensure that CGO's wife is aware of all events/scheduling matters as soon as CGO is aware of them Maintain a positive, and uplifting attitude Assist CGO with any property acquisitions or sales Actively communicate to Executives about what the CGO is saying and doing while public speaking and casting the vision both internally and public-facing - ensure CGO, COO, and LGD are aware of what is said to ensure they are Executing it in their departments Assist CGO in designing social media pictures or visuals Understand Key industry and lead gen pillar (Zillow, Homelight, etc.
) Leaders that CGO needs to create deep relationships with, study them, and help assist the CGO in building that relationship so that it will naturally be deepened Help prepare by-weekly newsletter communication to the entire organization Help prepare numbers and data for any mergers or acquisitions that the CEO and CGO are working on Assist CGO and Executives in surveying the team on a regular basis to ensure we are keeping a pulse on the culture, and help navigate changes as necessary Assist CEO and CGO in numbers and data gathering to do a competitor analysis in each location both from a Lead Gen pillar standpoint and talent acquisition perspective (I added this to the LGD job description too for the lead gen standpoint)
Qualifications:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
