Senior HRIS Analyst with Security Clearance
Our client is an industry leader, enabling and providing technology to help the world become a safer place! They have a direct hire opportunity for a talented Senior HRIS Analyst to work a hybrid schedule from their Fairfax, Virginia office.
In this role, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of a Human Resource Information Systems (UKG, iCIMS), including information security, data integrity, system configuration, process improvement and efficiency, and reporting and analytics.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining procedures, guidelines, documentation, and also training the HR team and organizational leaders on new processes or functionality.

o Research and resolve problems, unexpected results, or process flaws, including troubleshooting systems set-up and log-in issueso Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades changes o Ensure data integrity and confidentiality, regularly perform validations and corrective actions, as necessary o Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting toolso Work alongside HR Leadership to provide recommendations, evaluate possible outcomes and make system structure changes, when vetted and necessaryo Forecast HRIS needs and application
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degreeo 4
years of experiences in an HR role with data analysis and/or HRIS maintenanceo Experience with Ultimate Software, iCIMS, and Power BI o Prior experience with systems integration, design, and troubleshootingo Proficiency reviewing, analyzing, making recommendations, and conclusions from data and trendso Excellent communication skillso Per our Client Contract, candidates must be U.
