We are actively looking for a cleared Acquisition Analyst for our program at the NRO in Chantilly.
This position requires a TS/SCI clearance and a CI Poly.
The Senior Acquisition Technical Analyst shall apply the principles, theories, methods and application of the NRO acquisition management process and its administration, which encompasses the following:
o IC or DoD Acquisition Management of Major systems.
o Understanding of complex satellite systems, to include satellite and ground system components is required.
o Apply subject matter and administrative expertise in reviewing and updating NRO acquisition policy planning and processes in support of the NRO Corporate Secretariat.
o Coordinate, analyze, recommend and provide responses to acquisition related or program IG reports.
o Coordinate responses to internal and external inquiries/forums pertaining to NRO acquisition policy, processes, strategies, and issues.
o Support NRO program office preparations for acquisition forums such as Joint Intelligence Acquisition Boards (JIAB), NRO Advisory Boards, ASCs, Program Status Reviews (PSRs), and other forums.
o Facilitate and administer Independent Program Assessment (IPA) teams.
o Coordinate and develop responses to Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions for acquisition-related actions.
o Able to work at the most senior and junior levels, meaning working with people at all levels, but also able to roll up perform work at all levelso Can do attitude, flexible, adaptable to a dynamic working environment Recommended Skills Administration Consulting Counter Intelligence Polygraph (Ci Clearance) Flexible Working It Service Management Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
