VTG's Configuration Manager will provide configuration management of the infrastructure and environment for the product development teamThe manager will compose and manage the Configuration Management Plan (CMP), understanding the principles and processesThe CM will review the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, perform audits, and manage the process improvement cycle.
o Experience with Systems Engineering for enterprise level systemso Experience with Request for Changes (RFCs)o Understanding of programmatic processes, including Configuration Management, Risk, Readiness, and Scheduleso Strong customer engagement and outreach skills involving multiple directorates and mission partnerso Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple taskso Provide support in process improvement regarding configuration management processes and their application within an MBSE environmento Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise productso Proven organization and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government Do you have what it takes?o TS/SCI with Poly requiredo BS Degreeo 10 years experienceo Experience with NRO Systems Engineering Processeso Familiarity with MBSE, Agile, SAFe Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Auditing Business Process Improvement Communication Configuration Management Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
