o Take ownership of key product functionality, driving innovation.
o Write high-quality, production-ready code that is released frequently.
o Be an integral part of our agile development team, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
o 7-10
years of experience in full stack software development required.
o Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related technical field required.
o Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale web applications.
o Proficiency in developing layered, service-oriented web applications using C# and ASP.
NET (experience in.
NET Core nice to have).
o Expertise in building RESTful APIs.
o Strong client-side development skills, including Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, and mobile development.
o Familiarity with Entity Framework or similar Object Relational Mappers.
o Knowledge of Dependency Injection and experience with IOC containers like NInject.
o Exposure to NServiceBus or similar event messaging solutions.
o Ability to apply development patterns such as Domain Driven Design, CQRS, and Event Driven Architecture.
o Proficiency in SQL Server required.
o Experience with MongoDB, or other similar large-scale, unstructured database platforms highly desired.
o Experience in writing automated unit tests using tools like MSTest and Jasmine.
o Skill in identifying and resolving defects throughout the development lifecycle.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
o Strong ability to identify and implement performance improvements in designs and code.
Development Process:
o Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
o Experience with continuous integration tools, including Atlassian:
Jira, Bamboo, etc.
o Active participation in story grooming sessions.
o Capability to take ownership of a story's functionality from the Ready state to Done.
