Job Role SSI's Customer Service Representatives/Dispatcher will be handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department as well as other daily duties which include, maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technician based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team.

Wednesday:
In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break) Qualifications Previous call center experience - 1 year Must be able to type 70 wpm Ability to handle high call volume Ability to work independently as well as within the dispatch team Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia Must be able to accurately document information into our customer data base (Service Titan) Remote Work
Qualifications:
SSI will provide a laptop and cell phone but candidates must provide:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
