ATS is consistently ranked as a top workplace among DC area firms and continues to growWe are actively hiring a Commercial Services Specialist (CSS) with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team working in Chantilly, VAYou will support accreditation and security assessments on complex network and system infrastructureThe CSS provides network communication procurement and necessary maintenance of service providersThis includes requesting quotes, contracts, and delivery of network communications, and calling out network communications trouble calls and keeping up-to-date with ongoing service provider maintenanceThis also includes working with internal customers on contracts and internal proceduresTypical Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Provide deep analysis of CSS reporting and CSS dutieso Work with Finance Team to improve and streamline payment processo Provide weekly and monthly reportso Research providerso Establish contracts with providerso Establish accountso Provide customer site surveyso Report scheduled maintenance from providerso Check and monitor email accounts and vendor websites for invoices and billing questions/issues Basic
Qualifications:
o Degree in Business or related disciplineo 4
years related experienceo Proven Project Management experienceo Proven Contract Management experienceo Proven Financial Management experienceo Must have strong customer service skills and exceptional communication skills.
