As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our grounds and landscapes.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular garden and lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding - Irrigate lawns, plants, and trees as needed to ensure proper hydration - Utilize power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers to maintain the grounds - Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various landscaping tasks - Maintain cleanliness of walkways, parking lots, and common areas by removing debris and trash - Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall appearance of the property - Conduct routine inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues - Report any damages or repairs needed to the appropriate supervisor - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred - Knowledge of various plants, trees, and flowers commonly found in the region - Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - High school diploma or equivalent Join our team as a Groundskeeper and contribute to creating a beautiful environment for our community.
