Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Must be willing to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and an afternoon shift as needed.
Job Description:
Efficiently respond to client emails and phone calls, and return all voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, pet sitters, and groomers; provide information, schedule appointments, and assist with billing and scheduling questions.
Coordinate complex schedules for pet sitting, grooming appointments, and employee work schedules ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform physical tasks as needed such as setting up marketing events Update and maintain customer records, pet grooming notes, and vaccination information using scheduling software and other technology tools.
Participate in day-to-day operational tasks such as meeting with clients and assisting with administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must love animals and have a passion for working in the pet care industry.
Previous office experience in a customer service role, preferably with experience in pet-related services (e.
g.
, pet sitting, dog walking, grooming, veterinary assistant).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide high-quality customer service.
Strong understanding and aptitude for learning technology tools quickly (e.
g.
, Slack, Excel, Word, social media platforms).
Must live in or near Chantilly, South Riding, Aldie & Centerville communities.
Must have a reliable internet connection, a computer, reliable transportation, and a smartphone.
