Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Wholesale Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and other duties.
If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you, plant knowledge is a must.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services - Provide plant knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory management, includes loading and unloading of plant material.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plant material sales is a must - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in English (additional language skills are an asset) - Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
