Certified ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD preferred)Clearance:
Candidates must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance upon submittal Required Skills:
The ServiceNow Developer will support a ServiceNow HRSD project for one of our Intelligence Community clientsThey will be responsible for assisting in the development and modernization of more than 40 ServiceNow HRSD processes (Awards, Time Off Requests, Verification of Employment Letter Generation, Student Loan Repayment, and more) to meet our client's evolving needsAdditionally, they will provide support for the legacy versions of these processes during the modernization effortCollaborate with team members to understand business requirementso Customize, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
o Assist in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
o Provide support and maintenance of existing ServiceNow processes.
o Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies.
o Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
Day-to-day
Responsibilities:
o Prior ServiceNow experience.
o Understanding of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
o Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
