Qualifications:
o BS Degree in technical degree 4-8 years of experience working in or with the Intelligence Community Experience with ELINT collection and analysis at either the operational or technical level Experience with ELINT analysis tools such as MIST or GALE highly preferred A general knowledge of and interest in aircraft and/or air defense systems Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment that is responsive to world events Critical writing/proof-reading and public-speaking skills Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/tools and a willingness to expand areas of knowledge as required Self-starter able to understand general customer areas of interest and develop specific products and research lines in anticipation of future needs Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
o Assess system operational trends, identifying newly deployed systems, evaluating capabilities, and integrating ELINT with other sources of intelligence to generate a comprehensive understanding of the threat picture. Collect, analyze, and exploit data from various sources to evaluate a country's integrated air defense systems (IADS). Provide expertise on current and future foreign capabilities in the air / air-defense domains.
