The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: - Healthcare Industry Experience - Excellent Presentation Skills What You'll Be Doing: - Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and installation processes to train non technical users. - Work with Operations and Sales team members to conduct training needs assessments and develop appropriate training courses and materials - Deliver customized training to our customers - Complete training records for each training session using approved forms - Provide service and support for an assigned group of institutional customers and identify new business opportunities - Be responsible for customer satisfaction, maintaining and growing our business and services. - Attend and present Train the
trainer
sessions as needed. What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Strong planning and organization skills - Ability to analyze processes - Proficient in Windows, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and other common office automation tools. - Ability to work in a fast paced growing environment - Versatile and adept at learning new and emerging software packages - Strong verbal communications - Strong writing skills - Strong presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent customer service skills - Must be able to adapt quickly to changing software and training needs - Experience in healthcare industry a plus - Telecommunications knowledge - voice, data, VoIP, solutions, services . - Some local travel.
