Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Candidate will support and be part of the Caprica PMO team. Responsibilities will include:
Strategic Initiatives - Work closely with Caprica team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives that increase the program''s effectiveness.
SharePoint Development & Administration - Conceptualize, design, develop, test, and maintain the SharePoint infrastructure for the Caprica Program, to include workflows, document libraries, web parts and permissions.
Asset Management - Maintain an up to date accountable property inventory and maintain the database for assigned property and property turn in. Utilize Cost Point to make program purchases of IT equipment and software to ensure the continuity of services.
Engineering Change Proposals - Work directly with the team to coordinate and facilitate the development and delivery of proposals in response to ECPs from the customer, specifically the development of the Bill or Materials
Organizational Efficiency - Identify opportunities to streamline business processes to increase organizational effectiveness.
