Summary
:
Route Sales Representative is a new role reporting to the Regional Strategic Accounts Operations Manager. The position is responsible for developing store level relationships. This person is also responsible for execution and evaluation of Barcel programs. This position engages with US Strategic Accounts Operations, Key Account Regional Managers, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing and Distributors to ensure proper execution and implementation of programs and initiatives sold to chain customers by the Key Account teams. The position will require strong people leadership skills, excellent customer management skills, strategic thinking and time management skills. Minimum travel expectations are 75%.
Requirements
: (Qualifications & Skills):
Minimum of three years Field Sales experience.
Strong knowledge of space management and product merchandising
Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish and English)
Experience with Supermarkets is a Must
Essential Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities):
Engage with and work directly with Regional Startegic Accounts Operations Managers to ensure proper execution on programs, product penetration goals, space, display and front check out commitments.
Assist and call on Large Supermarkets as well as other large store operation chains.
Call on other market manager and regional large store chain operations
Present business plans, marketing and promotional initiatives and sales performance for market and store contacts.
Assist in market expansion programs by selling to current stores without service.
Responsible for all supermarket service and follow-up.
Analyze and assess key sales opportunities and present findings to Regional Strategic Accounts Operations and Sales Operations in an effort to build action plans to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure execution of programs and work with WM store managment to maintain product availability and support with merchandising standards.
Support team to manage local WM initiatives - Demos, "Retailtainment", grand openings, and community engagement.
Work with Distributors on service opportunities. Attend Distributor management review meetings and present performance results.
Attain budgeted sales volume assigned to specific territory.
Maintain customer contact in conjunction with distributors to expedite resolution of customer problems/complaints and to improve overall customer relations, sales volume, and profile in the marketplace
Review and evaluate distributor performance with Sales Operations team related to achieving store sales and merchandising objectives through specific objectives for distributors that are clearly articulated, mutually agreed upon and effectively measured
Actively participate in the development and implementation of sales programs and all other such brand development projects that relate to field execution
Conduct market audits to assess the company's products' position in the marketplace; monitor competitive activity and developments. Focus on increased Barcel portfolio mix.
Maintain thorough and current understanding of existing and projected product lines, category trends of key trade customers, of competitors and the marketplace in general.
Execute Key Account strategies at floor level.
Responsible for pre and post sale process at store
Must be available for up to 75% travel as business requires
Perform other duties as assigned or dictated by position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
