Duties: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies to ensure operational efficiently; define application problems by conferring with clients; plan integration work packages by leading the estimation efforts turning into high and mid-level implementation plans; oversee solution architecture; document detailed technical design specifications; coordinate production with programmers and to reduce the time and cost of software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities; oversee of development activities with programmers, ensuring application requirements are implemented as designed; validate functional and non-functional implementation results via testing programs, traceability matrices and in conjunction with testers and IT & Business project subject matter experts; ensure operational readiness, post deployment / warranty phases by training client personnel; write technical runbooks and detailed deployment user manuals; engage in project management lifecycle (PMLC) fundamentals and practices balance scope, time, cost and quality; responsible for relationships with clients project team and communicate status and issues; and assist in on-site and off-site business development efforts.
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: management consultant delivering consulting engagements for large, complex enterprises; knowledge of programing languages such as Java/J2EE, MS.Net, COBAL, HTML; knowledge of Software Requirements, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Architecture, Information Management (ETL) and Database technologies such as Informatica and PL/SQL. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
