Scitor Corporation has a new opportunity for a Program and Process Consultant located in Springfield, VA to work within the Intelligence Community assisting a career senior executive within the Support Division of a large government facility. The applicant will be involved with the development of decision recommendations, reviewing and collaborating in process mapping and improvement, future plans and programs, facilities and infrastructure issues and the management of a government organization consisting of over 450 personnel. This work will be at a facility housing systems crucial to national security. The successful applicant will work to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex and technically challenging classified work. Qualified candidates must possess TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide direct assistance to a Senior Executive Service officer acting as the Chief of Support Division of at a large government facility. This service will include but will not be limited to writing decision papers and memoranda, reviewing presentations and making improvement recommendations, collaborating with US Government and contractor staffs, participating in numerous meetings and forums with and for the SES.
Investigate and the write the draft responses to correspondence, tasking documents and daily business requirements for review and release by the SES.
Provide recommendations on tactical and strategic plans and programs to provide for the most effective and efficient use of limited government resources.
Interact with all aspects of the Support Division within the confines of this site and it's respective Headquarters element to include coordination with Program Control, HR, Security, and Facilities Services.
Interact and coordinate with two other divisions within the government site; Operations and Engineering ensuring that they receive adequate support services as needed to ensure mission success.
This position is at Fort Belvoir, VA
Required Qualifications:
5 years' experience within the intelligence field
Undergraduate degree is required
TS/SCI clearance is required, with polygraph
