Advance Health is seeking a Quality and Training Nurse who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services delivered by our providers through health risk assessment review and provider training. He/she will monitor training to our NPs on the administration of Advance Health's health risk assessment application and provide training on laboratory services and other aspects of the provider''s role. The Quality and Training Nurse will be a part of the clinical operations team and will report to the Clinical Quality Manager.
Responsibilities include:
1) Clinical review of health risk assessments for quality
2) Monitor Customer satisfaction survey process
3) Ensure training of providers on use of iPad application and other online systems
4) Training of providers on use of Lab equipment
5) Assist with internal report generation for Regional Managers and Senior Staff
6) Assist with management of provider supplies
5) Other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
1) Clinical knowledge and experience
2) Health plan knowledge
3) Knowledge of labs and medical supplies
4) Training experience
5) Superior interpersonal skills
6) Excellent computer/phone skills
7) Excellent organizational skills
8) Customer service awareness
9) Clinical degree as RN or LPN
